On Monday, 24th August, 2015, “5th Induction Training Program” was held for the new employees of Grameen Telecom Trust (GTT) at the Social Business Learning Centre. This training was tailored for an introduction to GTT mission, vision, HR and Administrative policies and the innovative concept of Social Business.
Ms. Parveen Mahmud (Managing Director, GTT) welcomed the new employees and gave them guidance for strengthening GTT team by being a valuable asset for the company. The induction was conducted by Head of HR & Administration. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of GTT, Team Leader, Social Business & Program Support and other Senior Managers of different departments also shared their view and scope of working in GTT and also discussed about the activities of respective departments.
